The inception of 'Crust & Co. Pizzeria': a vision to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our little pizzeria began as a humble family venture, drawing upon recipes passed down from ancestors.

Marco Bianchi, the progenitor, acquired her pizza-crafting prowess during an Italian sojourn, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in the origin land of pizza, Naples. Back home in the UK, her ambition was to evoke the essence of authentic Italian pizza, combining age-old techniques with unparalleled ingredients.

What set off as a quaint twelve-seater has evolved into a cherished neighborhood hallmark, yet our dedication to crafting impeccable pizza stands firm. We employ traditional wood-burning ovens, our dough is made anew daily, and we seek out only the top-tier ingredients available.

Nowadays, 'Crust & Co. Pizzeria remains under the proprietorship of the Bianchi household, with the second generation at the helm of our zealous team. Evolving with select contemporary changes, the ethos of our establishment remains intact: serving delectable, bona fide pizza that unites patrons.
